The life and work of the great thinker and poet Alisher Navoi and the king and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur still amaze people of all nationalities. The metaphors in each of their poetries are in the hearts of poetry lovers.
A literary and artistic event was held with the participation of international students studying at Andijan State Medical Institute. The event was chaired by Z. Kasimova, Head of the Department of Foreign Literature and Library Resources of the IRC, and teachers of the Department of Humanities.
At the event, information about the life and work of our ancestors, opinions and comments on the analysis of their poems were expressed.
Students also recited samples of the poems in Uzbek and English.
