In the main staff of the Andijan State Medical Institute, a working group has started working on additional payments to employees with academic degrees engaged in scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labor activities.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2019 No. 1030 “On the procedure for remuneration of employees with an academic degree engaged in scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labor activities in state organizations in the field of science and education” and the corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 27, 2021 No. 545 “On the procedure for remuneration employees with an academic degree, taking into account ”amendments and additions made to some resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan“, Establishment of an additional payment in organizations of advanced training and retraining of personnel requirements, sizes and deadlines” the working group of the Institute, established in order to ensure the fulfillment of the points established by Chapter 2, reviewed documents on additional payments to employees with academic degrees engaged in scientific, scientific, pedagogical and labor activities in the main staff of the institute. At the end of the process, employees with an academic degree eligible for a monthly salary supplement and employees with an academic degree eligible for a one-time salary supplement were identified.
