As you know, the first week of October is celebrated throughout our republic as the “Week of the Elderly”. Therefore, at Andijan State Medical Institute, in cooperation with the Nurani Foundation of the region, a meeting was organized with representatives of the older generation on the topic “My profession is my pride.” It was attended by the rector of the Institute M. Madazimov, the chairman of the Nurani Foundation O. Okhunov.
During the event, professors and teachers who have been selflessly working at our institute for several years, giving spiritual, pedagogical and medical knowledge to students, spoke about their experience, achievements over the years and the success of their students today, encouraging students to become selfless doctors and continue to study and conduct research . In turn, students received answers to their questions from veterans.
At the end of the event, the teachers were presented with letters of thanks and valuable gifts from the Trade Union of the Institute and the Nurani Foundation.
