The Law on Education, adopted on 23 September,2020 reflects these changes and innovations.
This law replaces the outdated laws “On Education” and “On the National Training Program”, which have been in force since 1997.
It is noteworthy that additional admission parameters are set for the privileged contingent when enrolling in higher education institutions.
In addition, issues related to the introduction of state educational standards and requirements, curricula and programs in the educational process, experimental and innovative activities in the field of education are regulated.
