In order to prepare graduates of secondary schools for higher education, a number of secondary schools have been attached to higher education institutions. In particular, professors and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute conducted “Preparatory Course Lessons” in the 8th comprehensive school of Kurgantepa district, in the 47th comprehensive school of Izbaskan district. During the lessons, one of the professors of our institute, docent I. Homidov, A. Sattarov, G. Hayitboeva, N. Kurbonova, A. Urmonov, N. Nurmatova, Yu. Gafurova and D. Kapizova answered to the questions of the graduating pupils on biology, history, Uzbek language and literature, chemistry.
In addition, the teacher of the Department of Biological Chemistry N. Mamazulunov at the secondary school N 50 in Izbaskan district conducted a master class on “Structure and functions of nucleic acids.” It was attended by 56 students and teachers. After the lessons, students were given practical training on the structure of history tests, methods of solving them, ways to consolidate knowledge.
