A creative evening with participation of a member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, laureate of the State Prize named after Zulfiya Guljamol Askarova was held in the scientific and educational building of the Information Resource Center.
The meeting dedicated to the 67th anniversary of the People’s Poet of Uzbekistan Muhammad Yusuf was also attended by Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs M. Botirov and a young poet Nodirabegim Jamilova. Literary critics expressed their opinion that the poems of Muhammad Yusuf, in which the experiences of the common Uzbek people are expressed simply and masterfully, are still alive in the hearts of readers, and a number of his works still live as songs.
Mirzokhid Botirov recite the poems they wrote, and the students recite the poems by M. Yusuf. The event was filled with poetry, questions and answers.
