In order to ensure the implementation of the Order of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 07-1211 dated May 10, 2022 “On holding public receptions in Andijan region under the leadership of the Adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of heads of ministries, sectors, territorial organizations and agencies”and the instruction letter of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 6 / 18-11 dated May 10, 2022, to further improve the system of direct communication with the population of Andijan region, effective organization of work with citizens, on May 11-13 of this year, a visit of a working group for on-site and expeditious solutions, with the heads of 6 existing state higher education institutions was held in the region.
During the visit, a total of 21 applications were received related to higher education issues (enrollment, transfer of studies, payment of tuition fees and provision of student accommodation). In particular, a semi-annual tuition fee was paid from the extrabudgetary funds of the institute to Shokhida Khakimova, a third-year student of Professional Education direction of Andijan State Medical Institute, Mohlaroy Akramova, a third-year student of Pharmacy direction and Saidamirkhon Nomonkhodjayev, a third-year student of the faculty of Pediatrics. In addition, at the request of Mohlaroy Akramova, a third-year student of Pharmacy direction, a hostel accommodation was provided.
