It is known that on September 29, 2021, the head of the country Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the clinic of Andijan State Medical Institute and held a meeting with professors, teachers and doctors. During the conversation, he gave instructions on the reconstruction of the clinic of the institute and the organization in it of a medical center for the population of the valley, specialized in carrying out complex neurosurgical, cardiological, urological, and eye operations.
On the occasion of the fulfillment of tasks and instructions determined by the President of the country, a rector’s meeting was held today at the conference hall . It was attended by pro-rectors, deans of faculties, deputy deans and teaching staff.
Before the meeting, three teachers who defended their scientific works and the team of “Young Academicians”, who became winners of the 5th season of the “TexnoWays” innovative development marathon, were adequately awarded.
In addition, the issues on the agenda were considered. Rector M. Madazimov gave information about the reconstruction of the clinic, the purchase of modern equipment and the upcoming work. On the instructions of the President of the country, the specialists of the institute take part in a comprehensive 20-day medical examination of the population in the Shakhrikhan region.
In addition, the rector spoke about conducting high-quality training for students, active participation in the upcoming Presidential elections, which will take place on October 24, 2021, and familiarizing students with presidential candidates, as well as the culture of dress and behavior.
