Who is actually a family doctor? He performs a number of tasks, including early detection of diseases, registration, primary health care, and community outreach. Kamola Rahimova, a second-year master’s student at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, has covered these topics in detail in her book titled “Family Doctor”.
Presentation of the book within the framework of the “Youth Month” was opened by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual Enlightenment S. Salohiddinov. He emphasized that our seeking knowledge young people, in addition to their hard study, are publishing such books and textbooks, which will be useful for undergraduate students.
The author also shared with his peers his knowledge of the role of the family doctor and what to look for when working with the public. He also provided information on the sections in the book such as pharmacology, laboratory, and medical records.
At the end of the event, the author’s teachers and peers also commented on the book.
