Andijan State Medical Institute is one of the leading higher education institutions in the Fergana Valley. Along with students from Andijan, many young people from Fergana and Namangan study at the institute. The total number of graduates in Andijan region this year is 396. Of these, 234 are undergraduates, 73 are clinical residents, 89 are master-students.
Today in the Conference Hall of the Institute there was held an open dialogue with officials of Andijan Regional Health Department, graduates of bachelor’s and master’s programs, as well as clinical residents. The meeting was attended by vice-rectors of the institute, heads of doctoral and clinical residencies, employees of the marketing department, deans of faculties, vice-deans and alumni.
The event was opened by the head of the department of formation of the portfolio of orders, employment and monitoring of graduates of ASMI A.Ziyaev, who introduced the guests to the graduates of the institute.
After that, the head of Andijan regional health department Salohiddin Yusupov spoke about the ongoing reforms and changes in the medical system. He also spoke about the jobs in Andijan region, the conditions created for graduates, opportunities and benefits.
The open dialogue with Andijan employers was cordial and friendly. Each graduate got his or her own job.
