On September 12, 2022 the report of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev, dedicated to the Summit in Samarkand, was published in publications of more than 30 countries of the world.
In order to get acquainted with this report, a lecture was organized with ASMI students.
The event was opened by pro-rector on Academic Affairs of the Institute B. Abdullajanov.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities A. Sattorov made a presentation for the report. He introduced the work, purpose, tasks of the organization.
He also dwelled on important issues to be discussed at the SUMMIT.
“Uzbekistan’s chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization came at the most historic moment when radical processes are taking place in the world,” the report begins.
It includes the following:
— successful model of regional cooperation:
– Uzbekistan’s chairmanship of the SCO;
“Spirit of Samarkand” is an expression of friendship, cooperation and understanding.
During the report, the students were given the basic concepts raised by the President.
