The rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov held an open dialogue with students early in the morning. The head of the institute stressed that students should wear masks, follow the rules of hygiene, dress code and culture of communication in accordance with the rules of quarantine in educational buildings and public places. Students should contact the rector and vice-rectors if they have any academic problems.
