In 1992, he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 1999, at the Department of Anatomy of the Yaroslav Medical Academy, under the guidance of academician M. Sapin, he defended his candidate’s thesis entitled “Morphometric characteristics of the top area of the human brain and cytoarchitectonics of area 39 during postnatal ontogenesis”. In 1997, he was appointed to the position of a senior lecturer at the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy, and in 2005, to the position of associate professor at the Department of Faculty and Hospital Surgery, Dentistry Course. In 2009-2013, he worked as an associate professor of the faculty and hospital surgery department, dentistry course, and deputy dean of the faculty of pediatrics on a deputation basis. In 2014-2011, he worked as the deputy director for educational affairs of the Andijan branch of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, and in 2015-2016 as the director of the Andijan branch of the Tashkent State Dental Institute. Since December 2016, he has been working as the dean of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Andijan State Medical Institute.

- Surgical dentistry (located on the 2nd floor of the multidisciplinary medical center of Andijan region, “Furqat” hospital);
- Department of propaedeutic dentistry (located in the building of the regional children’s dentistry polyclinic);
- Department of Children’s Dentistry (located in the building of the Regional Children’s Dentistry Polyclinic);
- Department of Therapeutic Dentistry (located in the private clinic next to Gumbaz parkhez food).
