The regional stage of the contest “Eng Ulug, Eng Aziz”(The Greatest, the Most Dear) was held in Andijan under the motto “You are the source of power, the place of happiness, my dear Uzbekistan!
At the event, which took place at the regional puppet theater, the speakers spoke about the great achievements of our country during the years of independence, constructive work, the invaluable contribution of the people of art to the spiritual uplift of our people. It was noted that the country creates a wide range of opportunities for creative work of artists, and this competition plays an important role in supporting and encouraging them.
The participants of the competition presented our rich history, traditions and national values of our people through the works of art, examples of journalistic creativity in print and electronic media, photography, design and fine arts.
According to the results of the competition, in the field of literature the writer Vosit Ahmad (Abduvosit Ahmadkhanov), in the direction of television and radio the editor of the Andijan regional television and radio company Elmira Rakhmonova, in the field of journalistic work and print media the employee of the “Pakhtakor” newspaper Mahmudjon Rustamov, in the field of fine arts, photography and design a member of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan Murodjon Umarov won the competition with their creative works.
The newspaper “Tibbiyot Gulshani” under the auspices of Andijan State Medical Institute won the competition in the category of journalistic works of print media. The newspaper’s editor Ranokhon Hayitbaeva was awarded a precious gift and diploma.
