Andijan State Medical Institute hosted a scientific and practical conference of young scientists online and offline. It was attended by students and young scientists from all medical higher educational institutions, as well as leading researchers of the Department of Pulmonology of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatrics.
The conference was opened by pro-rector for Research and Innovation K. Salokhiddinov and pro-rector on Academic Affairs B. Abdullajonov . In their speech, they talked about the conditions created for young researchers who receive cash prizes for their best projects and developments. The participants made presentations in Uzbek, Russian and English.
More than 300 abstracts were received at the conference, 60 reports were prepared in the areas of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics-gynecology and pediatrics, dentistry, pharmacy, pharmacology and biomedical subjects. Abstracts were published in the form of an electronic collection and collection. The work was carried out in 2 sections, 56 reports were heard. The members of the commission evaluated the scientific works based on their relevance, goals and objectives, the methods used, the results obtained and on the basis of discussions.
As a result of the conference, the 4th year student of the Therapeutic faculty of ASMI M.Akbarova was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree for the report on the topic “The clinical significance of biomarkers in patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes mellitus”, the 4th year student of the Therapeutic faculty G.Abdukodirova was awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree on the topic “The course of the clinical form of tuberculosis after a coronavirus infection”, a 3rd year student of the International Faculty of TMA F. Ashurboev was awarded a diploma of the III degree for a report on the topic “The state of health and daily routine in children and adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic” .
During the conference, the winners were determined in the nominations “The Best Speaker”, “The Best Innovative Idea”, “The Most Current Topic”, “The Best Report”, “The Most Exemplary Presentation”, “The Best Pharmaceutical Project”, “The Best Pharmacological project” .
