A literary evening was organized in the hall of scientific councils with Guljamol Askarova, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, winner of the Zulfiya State Prize, poet. Rector of the Institute M. Madazimov and pro-rector on Youth affairs M. Botirov took part in it and expressed their views on the work of the poet, its impact, the melody of artistic analogies. Guljamol Askarova also spoke about the needs of today’s readers, book culture and read poems. The young poetess Nodirabegim Jamilova, who took part in the event, also recited her poems written in Turkish. Students of our institute S. Nematova “Asrab qol”, O. Kadirova “Taskin”, M. Yulbarsova recited poems by the poet. The event turned into a real poetry event.
