In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On further improving the system of postgraduate education”, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve the system of postgraduate education”,1 “Regulations on the procedure for conducting qualifying examinations” No. 2764, approved by the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 220/2 of January 28, 2016 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 23, 2017, a qualifying exam on the specialty “Surgery” was held in the Conference Hall of Andijan State Medical Institute.
The examination commission was chaired by B.Abdullajonov. The members of the examination board were the Deputy Chairman, Professor G.Khodjimatov, Ph.D., Associate Professors D.Khakimov and A.Kasimov and PhD M.Nosirov.
According to the terms of the exam, the questionnaire was opened in front of everyone, and the applicants chose the exam tickets.
Candidates who have completed 6 doctoral dissertations in philosophy have successfully passed the exam.
