A distance lecture was delivered by the departments of Infectious Diseases, Microbiology and Virology on “Intestinal parasitic diseases” with the participation V. Turitsin, docent at the department of Infectious and Tropical Diseases of the St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy of the Russian Federation.
It was attended by professors, master students, clinical residents and 5th and 6th year students. During the lecture, the docent provided information on intestinal parasitic diseases. To the question “Is there a special prophylaxis for amebiasis?” M. Abdurakhmanov, 2nd year master student of the specialty “Infectious Diseases”, Z. Rozieva, 1st year clinical resident on the specialty “Infectious Diseases” asked the question “What are the features of giardiasis in children?” The expert answered such questions in detail.
