At the conference hall of Andijan State Medical Institute was held a round table discussion on “Extremism and terrorism is a danger to the future of young people.”
The roundtable discussion was opened by the pro-rector on Work with Youth of the Institute P.Askhanov. The head of the Andijan Regional Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment M.Gafurov explained that the country pays great attention to improving the effectiveness of spiritual and enlightenment activities.
Therefore, Imam Khatib of the Uygur mosque in Andijan, A. Artikov expressed his gratitude to the wise policy pursued by our President, various religions live in the country in friendship and solidarity, and the extremist movements under the guise of religious extremism are trying to stir up friendship, peace and tranquility.
He emphasized that every young person should have an opinion and apply to official religious institutions to obtain religious knowledge.
R.Tursunov, participant of the “Ten Days of Youth in Andijan” project, initiated by khakim of Andijan region explained that there are all necessary conditions for the younger generation to become full-fledged people, peace is the basis for the development of the country, achievement of great goals, the achievement of noble goals by living and working together, regardless of religion expressed their view that it is the key to sustainable development.
