The next medical examination by leading specialists of Andijan State Medical Institute and propaganda programs by the “Young Volunteers”, organized to strengthen the health of the population and the formation of medical culture, was held at the MCG “Yuzlar” at the Family Polyclinic No.66 in Shahrikhan district. The event was attended by 16 professors and teachers of the institute, which includes 14 different specialties. 589 residents of the mahallas underwent in-depth medical examinations and were provided with necessary assistance and advice. During the event, the head of the Department of Hospital Therapy and Endocrinology Sh. Yusupova gave a master class to local medical staff on screening examination for diabetes.
The “Young Volunteers” also conducted emergency first aid training. The students visited the houses in the MCG “Yuzlar” and “Kopcha Kurgon” and talked to the population about healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, hygiene rules, active participation in vaccination processes.
