On May 25, 2020, an online video conference was held at Andijan State Medical Institute in collaboration with Ministry of Health.
The videoconference was held by the dean of the faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Doctors, Kh.Kh. Tursunov. At the beginning of the conference, Kh.Kh. Tursunov informed about patients who had recovered from coronavirus, including pregnant women in the Fergana Valley.
In addition, the head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Doctors , O.G.Yakubova delivered a lecture on “Management of pregnant women, women who gave birth and prenatal women infected with COVID-19”. She informed with analytical information about the course of the disease in women infected with COVID-19 and emphasized what to look for when treating them.
