Articles published in English in journals on the digital platform «Uzbekistan Research Online», developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the Netherlands company «Elsevier» in the framework of the program «Science 2020», have been equated with scientific articles published in foreign scientific journals.
In this regard, the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 30, 2020 was adopted.
Now in the «List of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical specialties» in 41 scientific journals of higher education institutions of the republic, included in the digital platform «Uzbekistan Research Online» (https://uzjournals.edu.uz/) on the basis of the Digital Commons platform, the articles published in English with the review of foreign scholars are equated with scientific articles published in foreign scientific journals, the main scientific results of which are recommended for publication.
The platform «Uzbekistan Research Online» (https://uzjournals.edu.uz/) unites 41 scientific journals of higher education institutions of the country, here it is possible to use the configuration of anonymous double-blind peer review and also meets international standards.
