According to the fulfillment of the tasks proceeding from the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, a seminar on the topic “Methodology of QS ratings”, organized by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Republican Council of Higher Education and QS Quacquarelli Symonds, continues.
“Ilm-fan – 2020” program: Representatives of ministries, experts on rating strategies, management of universities, as well as members of the Special Working Group on the preparation of recognition by rating agencies.
The seminars discussed the issues of the final conclusion of QS ranking results for world universities, a comparative analysis of indicators of the reputation of universities in Uzbekistan with universities in other countries, the possibilities of universities in Uzbekistan based on current indicators.
Based on the results of the seminar, a strategy will be developed for inclusion in the international ranking of the best universities among higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.
