On May 6, 2019, Slavka Tomascikova and Renata Timkova, professors from the University of Kosice named after Pavel Joseph Safarik, Slovakia, visited Andijan State Medical Institute.
The guests from Slovakia were solemnly welcomed at the institute lobby by the teachers of the department of Languages, Pedagogy and Psychology and students.
Initially guests got acquainted with the conference hall and lecture halls of the institute. In the Department of International Cooperation an interesting and friendly conversation was held between Slovakian professors, head of the department of International Cooperation K.Salohiddinov, teachers of the Department of Languages, Pedagogy and Psychology I.Matveeva, M.Kuzibaeva, G.Daminova, the 1st year student of Master’s department, cardiology direction, I.Muminov. They talked about the institute, current teaching process, on the work being done during the visit.
Also, Slavka Tomasikova and Renata Timkova visited the institute simulation training center, Information Resource Center, the museum of the department of Anatomy and OSTA and the teaching rooms of the Department of Languages, Pedagogy and Psychology, where they got acquainted with the conditions.
The Slovakian professors will stay at Andijan state medical institute for several days and conduct master classes on English language teaching in the Department of Languages, Pedagogy and Psychology and also will exchange views and experience with the staff.
The professors from the University of Kosice, (Slovakia) named after Pavel Joseph Safarik, Slavka Tomasikova and Renata Timkova delivered lectures in the conference hall of the institute.
