The educational process at Andijan State Medical Institute from the academic year 2020-2021 will be changed into the credit-module system.
According to the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 2019 «On measures for further development of medical and pharmaceutical education and science» the most important directions of medical and pharmaceutical education and science were identified.
Due to this, from the academic year 2019/2020 the credit-module system for medical and pharmaceutical staff training and continuing professional education will be introduced.
In this regard, on December 27, 2019 the training seminar on «Features of transition to the credit-module system» was held for the responsible staff for educational work of the departments of the Institute.
The seminar was attended by Vice-rector on Youth Affairs P.Askhanov, head of the educational-methodical department K.M.Yusupov, responsible staff for educational work of departments.
The seminar was opened by the Vice-rector on Youth Affairs P.K.Askhanov. Then the head of the educational-methodical department K.M.Yusupov gave detailed information on features of the transition of medical higher educational institutions to the credit-module system as well as the experience of Samarkand State Medical Institute.
Head of the Department of Optional Dentistry and Propaedeutics of Dental Diseases Z. Khakimova informed about the educational process in the credit-module system of Kharkov National Medical University of Ukraine.
The seminar-training was interesting with discussions, questions and answers.
