The online scientific and practical conference was attended by qualified specialists from foreign countries such as Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. The conference was held in Russian due to the participation of foreign experts. It was chaired by the Vice-Rector for Innovation and Scientific Affairs of Andijan State Medical Institute G. M. Khodjimatov.
At the beginning of the conference, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, Professor M.Madazimov made a speech and wished success to the conference work, expressed his confidence that the Republican scientific-practical conference on «COVID-19: etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of complications» will play a special role in the fight against coronavirus.
In the online conference, leading experts made lectures on the topics: «Involvement of cardiologists in the management of patients with COVID 19», «Features of the management of patients with diabetes during the COVID 19 pandemic», «Features of the treatment of patients with COVID 19 infection», «Urgent sonography of the lungs and pleura during the COVID-19 pandemic ”, as well as“ COVID-19: the situation in the world and in Uzbekistan ”.
